Currently some companies have been using this JIT's comandement. But none of the people implement these things in our daily life. What's the JIT's comandement ? Please see below :
1. Throw out traditional concepts of manufacturing methods (buang jauh-jauh konsep tradisional tentang metode manufacturing). For example, usually some people will only save their money after they calculated and paid all the expenses. Now we have to change it. We have to save some money before we expense for others.
2. Think of how the new method will work, not how it won't ( pikirkan bagaimana cara metode baru akan bekerja, jangan sebaliknya). We must think on how the item no.1 above can works.
3. Don't accept excuses. Totally deny the status quo (jangan terima alasan, tolak status quo). If one of your family (let say wife or husband) don't agree with your plan as item no.1, give her/him understanding to make her/him accept with your plan and go ahead
4. Don't seek perfection. A 50-percent implementation rate is fine as long as as it's done on the spot (jangan cari kesempatan. 50% peng-implementasian adalah baik selama perbaikan dilakukan saat itu juga).
5. Correct mistakes the moment they're found (langsung perbaiki kesalahan pada saat ditemukan).
6. Don't spend money on improvements (jangan keluarkan uang untuk perbaikin/peningkatan). For example : don't always motivate our child with the money to do or improve something, you can promise others thing to your child (example: share your time to play with your child )
7. Problems give you a chance to use your brain (masalah memberikan kesempatan untuk menggunakan pikiran anda).
8. Ask "Why" five times (Tanyakan "mengapa" sebanyak 5 kali).
9. Ten person's ideas are better than one person (ide 10 orang lebih baik daripada ide satu orang).
10. Improvement knows no limits (Tidak ada batasan untuk peningkatan).
